1952 Bakelite and Chrome Ashtray From Chicago

This Chicago-manufactured ashtray from 1952 is a fine piece for the Tobacco connoisseur. The tray is made from Bakelite and the goddess figure is chrome. The goddess is reminiscent of hood ornaments from classic cars of the 30s. She’s situated directly in the center of this piece, nude, with her hair flowing back in the wind as she builds up speed.
