This stunning Art Nouveau window/ panel was realized in the United States in 1907, attributed to Tiffany & Co. The piece features a mosaic of interlocking demilune arch forms in hues of mottled textural seafoam and emerald with citrine accents, all wrapped in antiqued bronze, and circumscribed by a concave walnut border. The bottom of the panel offers ovoid forms in seafoam with stylized floral motifs in citrine with a cylindrical bronze support running horizontally across. This stained glass panel is not only a stunning object but a piece of history, purportedly realized by one of the most celebrated ateliers in history. With its clean modernist lines and impeccable attention to detail, this piece would be a wonderful wall hanging/ architectural detail in any style of interior from traditional to contemporary. The piece came from an important estate in a townhouse on the Upper East Side of Manhattan at 17 e. 64th Street. It is in excellent vintage condition.
